Brave group APAC (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Bangkok, Thailand, Managing Director: Jun Funabashi, a 100% subsidiary of Brave group Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “Brave group APAC”) will pre-opened the Thai EC site “Brave stores Thailand” for its overseas goods sales business. The first release waswill be the debut goods for the male unit “Chrono prince” from the VTuber production “AStars production” aimed at the Southeast Asian and Thai market.

 

■ Background of Brave stores Launch

Brave group’s purpose is “Japanese Adventure. World Wide Romance”, with the mission to “Strike Wonder in 8 Billion Hearts”. With this purpose and mission in mind, Brave group has been working on IP businesses such as the next generation Virtual esports project “VSPO!” (*1)  among other VTuber projects and IP business.

While domestic sales are successfully managed through sites like “colleize”(*2) and other EC platforms, there was a lack of sufficient provision for overseas markets(*3), leading to the circulation of pirated goods, which adversely affects both customers and the content industry. To address this issue, Brave group is launching “Brave stores”(*4) to sell official Japanese content and merchandise, including their own IPs, globally.

■ Overview of Brave stores Thailand Pre-Opening

To promote the globalization of Japan’s content industry, Brave group has launched the global EC business “Brave stores Thailand” for official goods and licensed products aimed at the Southeast Asian and Thai market. The EC site pre-opened on July 27. The first release features the debut commemorative goods of the male VTuber unit “Chrono prince” from AStars production, which debuted on July 27. The site will gradually expand to include a variety of goods and  anime merchandise.
